IICT Library is a special library with special collection. Its main aim is to meet the teaching, learning and research needs of the faculties, staff members and students of the Institute in general and stake holders & artisans of Carpet sector in particular.

Library section of IICT Srinagar is now in a position to provide relevant & necessary information for Carpet & Textile Industry. The Library collection covers General Books, Text books and Reference books related to Carpet, Handloom, Dyes, Designs, Textiles etc. Design Library, enriched with Books/ Magazines/ Journals of international fame and other related publications, including documentation reports of various studies and training courses conducted by the Institute, has been setup for reference and use of stakeholders.
