Physical Testing of raw material for determination of Count, Twist, Moisture Content, and Strength etc. is being conducted on need basis to check the quality of raw material.Chemical Tests to check the quality of dyeing on the given raw material like color fastness to Rubbing and Washing are also conducted on need basis. Sample dyeing facility of raw material, with lot size of 5-7 Kgs, is being provided with the help of Arm Spray Hank Dyeing Machine so that dyeing is carried out under controlled conditions for better results. Revenue to the tune of Rs.4.78 lacs has been generated from above facilities till date.
